Tickets will be available at school leading up to the event at school and on this website under tickets and reservations!
Tickets are $30 per person ($35 at the door) and includes:
1 drink ticket, heavy hors d'oeuvres, a silent auction and a wonderful community event.
Child care is also available at Valdez! $20 / child or $30/family.
Would you like to support the Valdez PTO and the programs we help to fund including (but not limited to) our after school programs, art teacher, field trip and student fund, student enrichment programs like dance performances by Cleo Parker Robinson, etc?
Please use these buttons to make either a 1 time donation or a reoccurring donation to the Valdez PTO. Valdez Elementary and the Valdez PTO are both non-profit 501(c)3 organizations. We will also accept matching grants from your company so make sure to get your donation matched!
We have 3 different funds set up using Just Give. If you are using Just Give, designate one of these 3 funds when making your donation. If you are donating using paypal you can designate one of these funds using the special instructions to the seller option when making your payment.
* You can select the PTO General fund which helps to pay for child care for meetings, operating expenses, special programs at the school, teacher funds and other expenses.
* The Promethean Board fund is to help cover the costs of purchasing 3 Promethean Boards for our school for 1st, 4th and 5th grades (we are getting matching grant funds to also help cover these costs).
* The Fall Social fund helps to cover the cost of our part time art teacher and pays for our enrichment classes (so all students can participate in enrichment classes for no cost or reduced costs)
